He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Staley and Lena K. Staley; his sister Verla Moser; and his niece Nancy Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Darlene F. Staley of Collinsville, IL; his children, David O. Staley (Kelly) of Pontoon Beach, IL and Dawn K. Burg (Tom) of Saint Jacob, IL; his grandson Nicolas T. Burg of Saint Jacob, IL; his stepgranddaughter Theresa Davenroy of Saint Charles, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Jeff Frey (Sandy), Greg Frey, Gwen McKinnon (Bud), Peggy Colgate (Dave), Terry Gross (Sara), Danny Gross (Mary), Tina Raske (Jerry), Kim Lou (Mark) and Karen Orf (Jerry).
