He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline Ann Mumper (Musso); his son Edward Allen Mumper; his parents, James Mumper and Helen Mumper (Lechowicz); his in-laws, Elmer and Virginia Musso (Wilshire); and his siblings, James, Thomas, Donald Mumper, Emma Simons, Virginia Borowka, Delores Gipson and Barbara Emmons.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Mumper, Jr. (Connie), Paul Mumper (Pam), Scott Mumper and Trish Mumper; his grandchildren, Keith Mumper (Jenni), Randy Mumper (Jenna), Kurtis Mumper (Mark Hamilton), Kevin Mumper (Brittany), Casey Gepford (Jason), Tawni Price and Katie Turner (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Addie, Tori, Grayson, Ethan, Dylan, Jaidyn, Paityn, Madisyn of Logan, CJ, Willow, River and Talon; his siblings, Robert Mumper (Diane), Earl Mumper (Beverly), RuthAnn Conway, Norma Edwards, Nancy Knapp, Patricia Barnett (Robert), Bonnie Noll (Michael), Sandra Gutierrez (Antonia) and Vickie Hladik (Thomas); and his brother-in-law Dennis Musso (Naomi). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
