She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse McWhorter and Mildred McWhorter; her siblings, Donald McWhorter, Jack McWhorter and Barbara Lindsay; and her granddaughter Kimberly Stack.
She is survived by: her husband James Stack; her sons, Gerald Stack (Carole) of Collinsville, IL, James Stack (Donna) of Alhambra, IL and John Stack (Sandy) of Collinsville, IL; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Daiber (Garret), Chrissy Caudle (Caleb), Jacob Stack (Bailey), Kaitlin Nelson (Roger), Thomas Stack and Robert Stack; her great grandchildren, Kimberly Nelson, Brantley Stack, Colton Caudle, Ella Nelson, Grace Daiber, Jace Stack, Cole Stack, Cooper Nelson, Cody Caudle and Gunnar Daiber; and her brother Henry McWhorter (Mary) of Highland, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
