He was predeceased by : his parents, Maurice Maney and Irene Maney (Vallar); and his brother Richard Maney. He is survived by : his close friend Linda Robertson; his daughter Elizabeth Bibeau (Vince); his grandchildren, Sebastian and Madison Bibeau; his sons, James and Daniel Tow Sr.; his grandchildren, Daniel Jr., Nadalynn (Alec), Kayden and Brady; his siblings, Tim (Margie), Martha (Mike) and John (Kathy); his pet Biskit; and his great grandchild Amelia.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Herr Funeral Home & Cremation Services (501 W Main St, Collinsville, IL 62234). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
