He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Sullivan and Christine Sullivan (Heideman); his son Kelly Sullivan; and his brother-in-law John Bruno. He is survived by: his sons, Shaun Sullivan of Mt. Vernon, IL and Ryan Sullivan of Chicago, IL; his siblings, Karen Sullivan-Hook (Larry) and Tom Sullivan; his granddaughter Jewelette Sullivan; his aunt Joyce Sullivan (late Tom); his cousins, Tom, Michael and Anne; and his friend Carolyn Ambrozat.
