She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Parnell (Cox); her brother Jeff Parnell; and her former husband Michael Kafka. She is survived by: her father Delbert Parnell of Granite City, IL; her husband Stephen Watson of Collinsville, IL; her children, Jonathan Kafka of Collinsville, Faith Kafka of Collinsville and Jacob Watson of Collinsville; her niece Megan; her nephew Nathan Parnell; and her mother-in-law Mary Kafka of Edwardsville. She is also survived by extended family, countless dear friends.
