It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michelle Lynn Watson of Collinsville, Illinois, who passed away on October 9, 2025, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Parnell (Cox); her brother Jeff Parnell; and her former husband Michael Kafka. She is survived by: her father Delbert Parnell of Granite City, IL; her husband Stephen Watson of Collinsville, IL; her children, Jonathan Kafka of Collinsville, Faith Kafka of Collinsville and Jacob Watson of Collinsville; her sibling's children, Megan and Nathan Parnell; and her mother-in-law Mary Kafka of Edwardsville. She is also survived by extended family, countless dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Victory Bible Baptist Church (2007 Beltline Rd, Collinsville, IL 62234). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
