He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Manning and Veora Margaret Manning (Jarvis); and his wife Adele Manning (Mueller). He is survived by: his children, Paulette MacDougall of Pittsburg, PA, Steve Manning (Diane) of Collinsville, IL, Rosemary Merkel of Troy, IL, Teresa Rollins (Darryl) of St. Charles, MO, Patrick Manning (Lolita) of Collinsville, Barbara Wideman (Jesse) of Ruma, IL, Susan Manning (Jennie) of St. Louis, MO, Kirk Manning (Maria) of San Diego, CA and Christine Manning of Collinsville. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
