It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ramey E. Baker Sr. of Collinsville, Illinois, who passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Earl Baker and Thelma Pauline Baker; and his brother John Guy Baker (Carrie). He is survived by: his sisters, Earline Lewis (Charles) and Faye Wiles (Jerry); his children, Tina Baker, Ramey Baker, Jr. (Sara) and Jonathan Baker (Elise); his grandchildren, Lauren Wilson, David Baker (Carol Ann) and Phillip Baker; and his great grandchild Blakely Wilson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Kassly-Meridith Funeral Home (515 Vandalia St, Collinsville, IL 62234). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location.
