She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald M. Chadwick; her parents, Louis Postawko (Peewee) and Mary Postawko (Mamie); her sisters, Lorraine and Carolyn; and her daughter Rosemary Chadwick.
She is survived by: her son Ronald W. Chadwick of Collinsville, IL; her granddaughters, Amanda Chadwick of Collinsville, IL and Melissa Krieg (Josh) of Denver, CO; and her daughter-in-law Teresa Chadwick of Omaha, IL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
