With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda S. Owen of Colona, Illinois, who passed away on August 16, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby J. Murray and Norma L. Murray. She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Owen; her daughters, Janal Oliva (Chris) and Natalie Oliva (Anthony); her adoptive daughter Yvonne Hooker (Pat); her brother Bill Murray (Michelle); and her friend Kathy Stout. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
