It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles A. Berryhill of Colona, Illinois, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles A. Berryhill to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Berryhill and Mercedes Soppe Berryhill; his brothers, Wayne and Lloyd Berryhill; his brother-in-law Jeff Vanthournout; and his great-niece Audrey Lundquist.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Peggy Santee; his daughters, Carrie Berryhill (David Willett) of Hillsborough, MO and Caitlyn Morrison (Keith) of Blue Grass, IA; his grandchildren, Keaton, Kasen Morrison, Shawn Berryhill, Megan, Dawson Chitwood, Colton, Easton DeBroeck, Eliana Rose and Aliyah Henderson; his siblings, Mary Lundquist (Mitch) of Milan, Pat Berryhill (Christie) of Rock Island and Cyndi McCoy of Galva; and his sister-in-law Margo Berryhill of Austin, TX. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schroder Mortuary- Colona (213 1st St, Colona, IL 61241).
