He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Eugene Talbot and Betty Maxine Talbot (Loftin); and his sister Cheryl Parker (Mike) of Edwards, Colorado. He is survived by: his wife Donna Reineke; his children, Hannah, Jonathan, Anthony (Carolyn), Phillip (Kaitlin) and Layla; and his brother Rev. Ronald Talbot of Creve Coeur. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
