She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Reeder and Irene Fox Reeder; her husband Sylvester "Sam" McCabe; and her son Jay McCabe. She is survived by: her children, Kevin McCabe (Diana), Rick McCabe and Kristen Crimmins; her grandchildren, James McCabe (Nicole), Shelly Christensen, Mitch McCabe (Sara), Brittany Junis (Ben) and Danielle Willaert (Tony); and her cousin Gerald Fox (Trudy). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
A procession was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Schroder Mortuary (701 1st Ave, Silvis, IL 61282). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Rock Island National Cemetery.
