He was predeceased by: his father Jack L. Frank. He is survived by: his mother Marian R. Frank (Ziegler); his wife Diane M. Owens; his children, Chad Frank, Craig Frank (Ariel French) and Jill Dawson (Rob); his grandchildren, Diavi, LaKota, Sienna, Asa, Eli, Bella, Paizley and Milla; and his sister Peggy Hasley.
