She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Cook and Elinor Kinyon Cook; her brother Kevin Cook; and her cousin Virginia Carlson. She is survived by: her husband Gary Madsen; her sons, Tyler (Jennifer Anderson) and Lorin; her grandsons, Nicholas and Carter; and her sister B. Colleen Raabe. She is also survived by 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
