She was predeceased by : her parents, Ruth Ella Golliday and Buster Walker; her sisters, Lucille Walker, Dorothy Jean Donahue and Ethel Sylvester; her sons, Reginald, Kem and Shawn Mayes; and her nieces, Myra J. Ward and Ednola Dale.
She is survived by : her son Ivan Mayes; her grandchildren, Christopher, Tameeka and Alicia (Allison); her great grandchildren, Tiera, Bryson, Khily, Sienna, Ryan and Akyra; and her nieces and nephews, Sanchez Sylvester, Ruth Sylvester, Margaret Rae Thomas, Connie Walker, Donna Walker, Alexius Walker, Shantell McNary and Jasmine Ward.
