He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Johnson and Veranna M. Johnson; and his nephew Christopher Hebel (Johnathon Ratcliff). He is survived by: his wife Susan Johnson; his stepson Charlie Massie; and his siblings, Cheryl Hebel, Barbara O'Donnell, Terry Ratcliff (John) and Chuck Johnson (Liz). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
