She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Dixon and Henrietta Dixon (Eckles); her former husband Gary Howard Sr.; her husband Mervin Moore; her daughter Tammy Hill; and her sister Rotha Bennett.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Howard Jr. (Deborah) of Fairfield, OH and Greg Howard of Nashville, IL; and her siblings, Linda Brown (Sam) of Mitchell, IL, Ronnie Dixon and Sonny Dixon of Columbia, IL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home (3412 Frank Scott Pkwy W, Belleville, IL 62223).
