We announce the death of Paul Wilfong in Columbia, Illinois, born in Bonne Terre, Missouri, who passed away on July 24, 2026, at the age of 96. Paul will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his former wife Alberta Wilfong; and his stepchildren, Carl Brooks and Sherry Breithaupt. He is survived by: his wife Mary Wilfong; his children, Don (Mary), Joe (Linda) and Leanne; his grandchildren, Kelly (Dave), Ryan (Katie), Holly (Ina) and Emily (Eric); his great grandchildren, Kolby, Kiera, Ellie, Ensley, Sydney and William; and his stepdaughters, Carol (Fred), Rita (Mike), Helen (Tim) and Bonnie (Kevin).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization Paul faithfully supported for many years.
