Tochtrop Sr. of Columbia, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on July 15, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Tochtrop and Olean Tochtrop; and his brother Roger Tochtrop. He is survived by: his wife Linnie Tochtrop; his son Phillip Tochtrop Jr. (Sandi); his grandchildren, Ashley Queveraux (Brad), Courtney Kirk (John) and Toni Strockey (Roger); his great grandchildren, Dalton and Niklaus; his sister Janet Summers (Charlotte Ard); his siblings-in-law, Connie Knowlton and Tiffney Knowlton (Wanda); his niece Tameshia Torres (Ruanndy); and his great-nieces, Kali and Reyna. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Restoration Chapel (235 Grand Ave, Waterloo, IL 62298).
