He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Ratajczyk and Mary Ratajczyk. He is survived by : his wife Mary Lou Ratajczyk; his children, Rhonda Sondag (Doug), Diane Bloemker (Mark), Tim Ratajczyk (Cindy) and Tom Ratajczyk (Tina); his grandchildren, Amber Manville (Craig), Jenny Eckenfels (Jeremy), Ashley Stuckmeyer (Matt), Matthew Bloemker, Taylor Ratajczyk, Tyler Ratajczyk (Molly) and Rachel Ratajczyk; and his great grandchildren, Camden, Brynlee, Brayden, Aubrey, Charlotte, Lennon and Wesley. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.

As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Immaculate Conception School Fund or Immaculate Conception Church.
