She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Surratt and Viola Marie Hamm Surratt; her husband James Albert Berry; her sister Bernice McCurley; and her nieces, Jody McCurley and Amy Darwent.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Boblit Berry (Casey) of Concord and Kimberly Cole of Talala, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Logan Berry, Jessi Schnitker, Josie Malone (Hunter) and Tristan Cole; her great grandchildren, Gavin Schnitker, Lenny, Kain Williams and Gemma Malone; and her siblings, Gerry McDannald (Nimmie) of Jacksonville, Terry Surratt (Corky) of Jacksonville, Ronald Surratt (Barb) of Jacksonville, Gary Surratt (Tammy) of Chapin and Rhonda Willard (Leo) of Springfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
