He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Theodore and Ella Menton Phillips (Adams); and his sisters, Helen Alexander and Georgia Drennan. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Stephens of Congerville; his children, Cynthia Campbell of Sycamore, Lynda Voran (Roxie) of Houston, Nancy Phillips of Pekin, Illinois and Stephen Phillips of Congerville; and his grandchildren, Tyler Campbell of Denver, Emily Voran and Rebecca Voran of Houston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the East Lawn Funeral Home (1102 Airport Rd, Bloomington, IL 61704). A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
