He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jacobsen and Helen Jacobsen (McGinn); and his siblings, Eleanor Brody and Hank Jacobsen. He is survived by: his wife Carla Boone; his daughters, Rebecca Schade of Chicago, IL and Aimee Kessler (Rick) of Hillsdale, IL; his grandchildren, Jackson, Noelani and Isla Gaines; and his brother-in-law James Boone. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
