He is survived by: his wife Susan McFarland; his daughter Kaylee McFarland; his niece Emily Dailey; his great-nephews, Brian and Shaun Dailey; his cousins, Ronald Verdoorn, Brenda McWhorter, Carol Lindsey, Erin Siminoff (Jamie) and Ollie; his brother William McFarland; his friend Bob Craycraft; his aunt Rubye; his uncle Earl Solma; his pets, Farley, Clyde, Bonnie and Tommy; Georgian Peplos, Emily Reese, Rachel Wozniak and Danielle Wisdom.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Finch Funeral Home (310 Oak St, DeKalb, IL 60115). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials can be made to the family to be established at a later date.
