With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jay Siedelberg of Cortland, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 19, 2025 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Mark Siedelberg; and his grandparents, Meg, Harry and John. He is survived by: his mother Johanna Siedelberg (Bradfield); his wife Tami Burkes; his children, Alexis, Anista, Kaden, Ryan, Kiley and Kelliann; his brother Travis; and his grandmother Delores. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
