He was predeceased by: his father Hans Gospodarek; and his sister Jessica Ann Gospodarek (Michelle Wachter). He is survived by: his mother Barbara Gospodarek; his wife Kayla Marie; his son Brayden Jeffery Gospodarek; and his brothers, Terence Michael Gospodarek (Elizabeth) and John Gospodarek. He is also survived by several Nieces, nephews and Friends.
