He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Stoner and Patty Stoner (Moss). He is survived by: his children, Christina Stoner of Alton and John Stoner, Jr. of East Alton; his grandchild Tyren; and his siblings, David Stoner, Lori Teslow (Ron) and Richard Stoner of Cottage Hills.
