He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Glenn Simmons, Rosie Bruce, James and Ruth George; and his cousins, Philip Smith and Jon Simmons.
He is survived by: his parents, Robert G. Simmons and Donna J. Simmons (George) of Naples, FL; his children, Whitley Scott (Chad) of Bethalto, Sawyer Simmons of Bethalto, Sidney Cooper (Cody) of Bethalto and Bethanie Brundeen (Zachary) of Cottage Hills; his sister Vickie Morgan (Chris) of Naples, FL; and his grandchildren, McKenna, Connor, Caroline, Rylee, Ronin, Waylon, Presley, Carter and Sutter. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
