She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred R. Edwards and Mildred J. Edwards (Rinehart); her husband Simon L. Cato; her stepdaughter Katie Cato; and her siblings, Debbie McHugh, Richard Yoakam, James Schneider, Marvin Schneider, Gary Edwards and Carol Hamby.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Gaylord (Gordon), David Janssen (Cindy), Louis Janssen and Jennifer Janssen (Larry Williams); her stepsons, Rick Cato (Kim), Gary Cato (Missy) and Simon "Bodie" Mercer; and her sister Carol Calvert. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
