He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee and Alta M. Halley (Cambron); his brothers, Richard Halley and Tim Halley; and his sister-in-law Nancy Halley.
He is survived by: his wife Jwan; his children, Skip Steward (Vicki) of Moro, Steve Halley (Christy) of Cottage Hills and Amy Gleason (Chris); his siblings, Vincent Halley (Kathy) of Bethalto, Sheila Hensley (Rick) of Texas, Pamela Halley of Cottage Hills, Patty Williams (Robert) of Missouri, Ken Halley of Cottage Hills and Ron Halley (Kim) of Missouri; his grandchildren, Justin Steward (Ashley), Chantel Miller (Nathan), Grant Halley, Ryan Halley, Jayna Halley, Brooklyn Gentry, Lucious Gentry, Chris Gleason, Jr., Taylor Gleason and Layla Gleason; and his great grandchildren, Emerson, Jenson, Hudson, Azara and A'Maria. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
