She was predeceased by: her husband Frank G. Furcich; her son Nathan Shockey (Mary Shell); her parents, Patrick J. Doyle Sr. and Alice Cunningham; and her siblings, Patrick J. Doyle (late Marianne), Alice Sparks (late Leon) and Thomas Doyle (Louise).
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Shockey, Victor Shockey, Therese Dyer (John) and Stephen Shockey (Tracy); her grandchildren, Patrick Shockey (Catie), Emily Shockey (Natalie), Rio McFarland, Angelica Meade, Christopher Shockey, Elizabeth, Rayanne, Nathan and Maryalice Shockey; her great grandchildren, Ellen, Molly, Blair and Eleanor; and her stepgrandchildren, Ryan, Michelle, Lindsay, Alex, Justin, Marissa, Jared and Adriana. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hallowell & James Funeral Home (1025 W 55th St, Countryside, IL 60525). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Vincent de Paul Society in Mesa, AZ at Holy Cross are appreciated.
