He was predeceased by : his wife Betty Zupancic; and his brother Adam Zupancic (late Irma). He is survived by : his daughter Veronica Bissias (Dean); his grandsons, James Bissias (April) and Adam Bissias (Kelly); and his great grandchildren, Madison, Matthew, Emma, Lilly, Cole and Lucas.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hallowell & James Funeral Home (1025 W 55th St, Countryside, IL 60525). A prayer was held on Tuesday, February 6th 2024 at 9:15 AM and at 10:00 AM at the same location.
