We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2023, at the age of 88, Barbara L. Phillips of Crainville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Irmon Monroe and Dimple Melba Tippy (Flora); her husband Kenneth Raymond Phillips; and her siblings, James Tippy, Charles Tippy and Joan Rosemary Nelson.

She is survived by : her children, Danny Phillips (Bessie), Mark Phillips (Tammy) and Lita Phillips; her grandchildren, Amber Phillips, Sarah Ahls, Kenneth Stout (Misty), JoAnna Williams and Ian Williams; her great grandchildren, Liam Stout and Logan Williams; her sister Shirley White; and her sisters-in-law, Sandra Tippy and Lita Padgett (Larry).
