He was predeceased by: his father John George; and his sister Brenda Mae Clark. He is survived by: his mother Della Mae Clark (Lindsey) of Creal Springs; his children, Derek Clark of Creal Springs, Austin Clark of Creal Springs and Kelsey Clark of Benton, IL; his grandchildren, Ezekiel Clark, Mason Clark, Caiden Clark, Ariel Clark, Americus Clark and Skyler Clark; and his sisters, Connie Jean Johnson of Marion and Kathy Clark of Creal Springs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
