He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan E. Collins and Bessie Collins; and his siblings, Donald W. Collins, Edie Godbehere, Phyllis McGloughlin, Kay Murrell, Pam Hannah and Bobbie Jean Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Collins of Creal Springs, IL; his son Trey Tiberio (Lexie) of Carbondale, IL; and his granddaughter Evie Lynn Tiberio of Carbondale, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
