It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Rich of Creal Springs, Illinois, who passed away on September 24, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Vaughn and Vivian Vaughn (White); her husband Floyd Deon "Chick" Rich; her son Stephen Rich; her brothers, Gene Vaughn and James Vaughn; and her brothers-in-law, David Swanson and David Faron.
She is survived by: her sisters, Donna Goodrich (Don) of Crown Point, Brenda Faron of Grayslake, Linda Church (Dee) of Carterville, Janice Swanson of Herrin and Sandra Rich (Leon "Nubbin") of West Frankfort; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Rich (Amber) of West Frankfort and Lee Rich of Cleveland, Ohio.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Pyle Funeral Home (1008 W Broadway Blvd, Johnston City, IL 62951). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Salem Cemetery (3575 Creal Springs Rd, Creal Springs, IL 62922).
