She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Horn and Ethel Horn (Tanner); her husband Herman Monroe Frey; her son Tommy Lee Frey; her son-in-law John Murphy; her grandchildren, Khlover Smiley and Daniel Frey; and her siblings, ValDean Horn, Audrey Horn and Orville Horn.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Frey (Beverly) of Creal Springs, Paula Murphy of Creal Springs, Sheree Hill (John) of Tunnel Hill and Micah Vordtriede (Steve) of Stonefort; her grandchildren, Lacy Frey (Christy), Chad, Cody Frey, Eddie Frey (Kami), Brandy Dwyer, Kelley Taborn (Gary), Derrick Holtrop (Megan), Amber Farnam (Gary), Samantha Cox (Lucas), Tamsen Parsons, Jennifer Saeed (Hatem), Ashley Hill, Jesse Hill, Dallas Donelson (Christina), Drew Donelson (Bailie) and Katie Vordtriede; her brother Bobby Horn (Debra) of Tunnel Hill; her siblings-in-law, Ollie Horn of Marion, Marjorie Horn of Creal Springs and Gene Frey of Newton; and her pet Judith. She is also survived by 36 great-grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren.
