We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Dana Jane Oades of Crest Hill, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Dana Jane may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her father Albert; her husband Ronald Oades; and her brother Milton West (Carlotta). She is survived by: her children, Charles Oades (Sheila) and Bevin Filippo (Frank); and her grandson Anthony Filippo. She is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (2650 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
