He is survived by: his children, Emily Van Houtte (Andy) of Hinsdale, IL, Amy LeFebvre (Butch) of Plainfield, IL, Erick Johnson (Kerry) of Snohomish, WA and Andrew Johnson (Tiffany) of Essex, IL; his grandchildren, Madeleine, Grace, Chloe, Cassidy, Hayden (Johnny), Danielle (Nick), Katie (John), Lauren, Jack (Bella), Luke, Madison (Joey), Olivia, Jaxon and Judah; and his great grandchildren, Georgie, Vivian, Brady, Cole and Iris.
