Gerald F. Bebar Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald F. Bebar of Crest Hill, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 10, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Bebar and Frances Bebar; his son Ronald P. Bebar; and his siblings, Ray Bebar (Ginny), Kathryn Branshaw (Francis), Pauline Bertolotti (Richard), Mary Pell (Elmer), Philip, Lilian Wagner (Robert), Robert Bebar (Joann), Jeanne Engle (David) and Dolores Kuban (Richard).
He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Bebar; his sons, Jeffrey Bebar, Philip Bebar (Jennifer), Andrew Bebar (Marcia) and Christopher Bebar (Nancy); his daughter-in-law Susan; his grandchildren, Sydney, Elyse, Alex, Christopher, Jacob, Matthew, Zachary, Nathan and Tessa; and his great grandchild Blaze.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Saint Mary Nativity Catholic Church (706 N Broadway St, Joliet, IL 60435). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Chapel Inurnment Committal Service.
