He is survived by: his wife Carol Eldridge; and his children, James Eldridge (Cyndi), Mark Eldridge (April) and Nancy Arndt (Terry). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

We grew up in the same neighborhood near Hale school on the southwest side of Chicago. Although we didnt know each other as he was 3 years older then me. RIP Jim and god bless.
