She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Nagy Sr. and Angeline Nagy; her son Scott Hoadley; her brother John Nagy; her former husband Robert Hoadley; and her husband William Condron.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Bradley (Jody) of Las Vegas, NV and Ryan Hoadley (Jennifer) of Chandler, AZ; her grandsons, Trent Hoadley and Keith Griesel; and her brothers, Mark Nagy (Laura), David Nagy (Debra), Michael Nagy (Susan) and Richard Nagy (Suzanne). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and several step-children and step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Susan's memory may be made to Lightways Hospice in Joliet, American Cancer Society, or a local humane society.
