He was predeceased by : his father John; and his brother David (Geri). He is survived by : his children, Daniel, Sarah, Frankie Rose and James; his mother Rose; and his siblings, Denise Toussaint (Pete), Dennis (Patti), Dianne, Bill, Debbie and Bridget Brennan (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, and countless friends.

“Danny Fleming, childhood friend. As Danny, Marty and I ran through the streets of Mt Greenwood, always seemingly ending up at the Fleming House with the entire Fleming Clan. Great memories of chasing the ducks, and digging tunnels in the backyard, along with 4H, campouts led by Danny's Father I have been blessed to have crossed paths with Danny, and will always remember him as a guy who is slow to anger, very kind, and was always there with a smile and sense of humor...
