He was predeceased by: his siblings, Glenn Giesel and Grace Berdych. He is survived by: his wife Angie Pecoraro; his brother Donald Giesel; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Giesel; his siblings, Chris (Fina Lesperance), Johnny (Elizabeth Rivas) and Salvatore (Aprile Pecoraro); and his nieces and nephews, Isabella Lesperance, Ricky Rivas, Giavanna Pecoraro, Kyra Giesel, Ryan Giesel, Ryann Flynn and Taylor Conway.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children (https://www.shrinerschildrens.org), in Gary's memory.
