With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Fowler (Crestwood, Illinois), who passed away on October 2, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may James find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Robert Fowler, Dena Fowler and Eric; and his grandchildren, Mason, Kaleb and Taya Fowler.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Becvar & Son Funeral Home & Cremation (5539 W 127th St, Crestwood, IL 60418). A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Veronica Parish (1131 Douglas Ave, Flossmoor, IL 60422). The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM.
