With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jan Glaz of Crestwood, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 17, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jan may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her sister Bernice Caruso; and her parents, Eleanor Janosek and Walter Janosek. She is survived by: her children, Doreen Holic (John) and Thomas Glazewski (Tina); her granddaughter Christina Glazewski; and her siblings, James Janosek (Violet), Elizabeth Byrns (Robert) and Russell Janosek.
