He is survived by: his wife Linda Nielsen-Haynes; his children, Brian Nielsen (Megan) and Kristine Nielsen-Lombardi (Brendon); his grandchildren, Tori and Matthew Nielsen; his children, Kristopher, Jonny, Jaxon and Julie Lombardi; his siblings, Dale Haynes (Tracey) of Pennsville, NJ, Danny Hall (Danny) of Pennsville, NJ, Charlie Williams of Pennsville, NJ, Marcia Percy (Richard) of Sebring, FL, Deb Meyer of Chicago, IL, Raymond Meyer (Peggy) of Chicago, IL, Bob Meyer (Nancy) of Chicago, IL and Sandy Metzger (Rick) of Chicago, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Sommer, Taylor (Salvatore), Lori, Megan, Ryan (Zena), Richard, Lorie (Mike), Michelle (Jorge), Ray, Jessie (Steve), Jenny (Brian), Nicole, James, Danny (Monica), Tommy (Leslie), Laura (Scott) and Sara (Addison).
