She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Erffmeyer (late Edith); her siblings-in-law, James Boomsma (late Jane), George Boomsma (late Rika), Sylvia Drenth (late James) and Claude Boomsma (Doris); her parents, Edward Erffmeyer and Frances Erffmeyer; and her son Daniel John Boomsma.
She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Boomsma; her children, Larry Boomsma (Janet), Dale Boomsma (Teri) and Karen Ford (Robert); her grandchildren, Jaret Boomsma, Wendi Boomsma, Ethan Boomsma, Derek Boomsma (Liz), Jodi Bultema (David), Grace Teeple (Trevor), Emily Ford and Samantha Ford; and her great grandchildren, Claire, Kate, Brynlee, Ember, David and Westen.
