She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hedges and Dorothy Hedges; and her husband Charles Hook. She is survived by: her daughters, Christie Nevel and Michelle Moniak (Jim); her grandsons, Eric Elza and Jeffrey Elza; and her siblings, Gerry Reichert (late William) and Georgette Seehausen (Don).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crete Funeral Home (1182 Main St, Crete, IL 60417). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
